1. Professor:
   • Specializations: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology
   • Responsibilities:
     • Conducting research in the respective field and contributing to the advancement of knowledge.
     • Teaching and mentoring students in the relevant subjects.
     • Developing and delivering high-quality lectures, seminars, and workshops.
     • Providing guidance and supervision to students in research projects.
     • Participating in curriculum development and improvement activities.
     • Engaging in administrative and organizational duties as required.
     • Collaborating with colleagues and professionals in the field.
     • Publishing research findings in reputable journals.
     • Participating in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest advancements.
2. Associate Professor:
   • Specializations: Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry
   • Responsibilities:
     • Assisting the professor in research and teaching activities.
     • Conducting independent research and contributing to the field.
     • Delivering lectures and facilitating discussions in the assigned subjects.
     • Providing guidance and support to students.
     • Participating in curriculum planning and improvement.
     • Assisting in administrative and organizational tasks.
     • Collaborating with colleagues and professionals for research projects.
     • Publishing research papers and articles.
     • Engaging in professional development activities.
3. Assistant Professor:
   • Specialization: Pharmaceutical Chemistry
   • Responsibilities:
     • Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
     • Assisting in research activities and conducting independent research.
     • Mentoring and supervising students.
     • Developing course materials and delivering lectures.
     • Participating in curriculum development and improvement.
     • Assisting in administrative tasks related to the department.

Qualifications:

• All positions require a relevant Ph.D. degree in the respective field.
• Demonstrated expertise and research contributions in the field of specialization.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Teaching experience at the university level is preferred.
• Proficiency in the use of relevant technologies and tools.Candidate profile:
  1. Professor (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry):
     • Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy with a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience.
     • Expertise in the fields of Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
     • Strong track record of conducting research, publishing scholarly articles, and contributing to the academic community.
     • Proven ability to mentor and guide students in their academic and research endeavors.
  2. Associate Professor (Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry):
     • Ph.D. Degree in Pharmacy with a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience.
     • Specializations in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
     • Extensive knowledge of the subject matter and ability to deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions.
     • Proficiency in research methodologies and experience in supervising student research projects.
  3. Assistant Professor (Pharmaceutical Chemistry):
     • First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy.
     • Familiarity with the principles and practices of Pharmaceutical Chemistry.
     • Strong academic background and a passion for teaching.
     • Willingness to contribute to research activities and assist in curriculum development.

  Additional Information:

  • Total experience of 8 to 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, or clinical research.
  • Holds a Ph.D. degree and an M.Pharm in a specialized subject.
  • Willing to relocate to Pandaveswar, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal.
  • Has a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
