In Pursuance of Govt.order No:DHSK/Jan Ashudhi/2023/224-246 Dated 2701.2023, walk in interview of eligible registered pharmacists of District Shopia n to work on profit sharing basis at Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Ashudhi Kendras (PMBJK) is scheduled on 31th May 2023 at the office of the undersigned for the below mentioned health centers.

Qualification / Experience:

  • Candidates should have completed 10+2 (or equivalent) with a Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy training course from SMF or any other recognized institute.

Age:

  • The maximum age limit is 40 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. The applicant must be a permanent resident of District Shopian in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
  2. The maximum age limit is 40 years.
  3. Candidates should be registered pharmacists with the J&K Pharmacy Council. Preference will be given to candidates with a Diploma in Pharmacy or higher qualification from a recognized institute.
  4. Candidates should have working knowledge of operating computers for billing purposes.
  5. Candidates should be currently unemployed and need to submit an undertaking on stamp paper duly attested by a 1st class Judicial Magistrate stating their unemployment status.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Ashudhi Kendras (PMBJAK) will operate on a 24×7 basis under the supervision of the Medical Superintendent/Block Medical Officer of the respective health institutions.
  2. The engagement of pharmacists in PMBJAK is a temporary arrangement for a period of three years based on performance. It does not guarantee permanent absorption or regularization in the department and can be terminated without notice.
  3. Only medicines supplied by the Bureau of Pharma PSUs of India (BPPI) should be sold.
  4. All billing should be done using the software provided by BPPI.
  5. Selected pharmacists will be required to sign an agreement with the department, attested by a 1st class Magistrate, stating their adherence to the terms and conditions set by the department. They will work under the supervision of the concerned Medical Superintendent/Block Medical Officer and cannot claim regular appointment or regularization based on this agreement.
  6. In case of unsatisfactory performance by the Jan Aushadhi Kendra, the committee has the power to terminate the services of registered pharmacists.
  7. The applicable taxes, as per the rules, will be paid by the assesses.
  8. Applications that do not meet the required criteria may be rejected by the recruitment committee.

Interested eligible candidates from District Shopian can apply by sending their application on the prescribed format available at the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) office in Shopian. The duly filled application form, along with one recent passport-size photograph (attested), should reach the office of the Chief Medical Officer Shopian by or before May 23rd, 2023. The list of self-attested documents to be attached with the application form includes: a) Permanent Resident Certificate b) Matric Qualification Certificate c) Class 10th and 12th mark sheets d) Degree/Diploma certificate of Technical Education e) NOC (No Objection Certificate) from District Industry Centre and District Employment Officer f) Pharmacists Registration certificate of J&K Pharmacy Council g) Affidavit for unemployment duly attested by a 1st class Judicial Magistrate.
