Role Summary: LYO Operation / Monitoring

Job Description:

  1. Ensure compliance with CIP, SIP, VLT, and lyo cycles of Lyophilizer, and oversee automatic loading and unloading procedures according to respective SOPs.
  2. Prepare and update SOPs for Lyophilizer and automatic loading and unloading systems, ensuring strict adherence to standard operating procedures and good documentation practices.
  3. Maintain online documentation and actively participate in the qualification and validation processes of Lyophilizer with the validation team.
  4. Monitor the lyophilization cycle, review the lyophilization cycle report, and maintain records.
  5. Manage change parts and spares for the Lyophilizer and automatic loading & unloading system.
  6. Ensure compliance with area and equipment cleaning procedures as outlined in respective SOPs.
  7. Collaborate with the compliance team to manage documents such as change controls and deviations.
