Post: R&D – Packaging Development (Oral solid / oral liquids / Semi solids)

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Packaging Development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for packaging development of all projects for regulated, semi-regulated, and global markets.
• Conduct innovator pack characterization by reverse engineering packaging materials and prepare packaging evaluation reports.
• Prepare Master Packaging Record and Packaging Material Bill of Materials (PM BOM).
• Generate Packaging Feasibility Reports and other protocols related to packaging for projects with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)/Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs).
• Provide support in the execution of Scale-Up, Exhibit, and commercial batches at the plant level.
