Qualification:
- M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Pharmaceutical Analysis / Pharmaceutical Chemistry)
Experience:
- 8 to 12 Years in Nutraceutical / Dietary Supplements
Job Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of 6-8 analytical scientists to achieve high-quality results within strict data integrity and time parameters.
- Instrumentation Knowledge: Expert in high-end instrumentation and its operation in the Nutraceutical, Dietary Supplements, Wellness, and Pharmaceutical fields.
- Method Development and Validation: Work closely on method development, validation, transfer, and stability studies for R&D trials. Expertise in method transfer and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Troubleshooting: Skilled in troubleshooting instruments such as HPLC/ICP and providing problem-solving support to the Quality Control (QC) department.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QC, Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) departments.
