Job Description:

  • Deliver project activities within set timelines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Execute physicochemical and instrumental analysis as per project requirements.
  • Conduct experiments/projects with precision, analyze data, draw conclusions, and implement improvements.
  • Demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness in study/experiment design.
  • Ensure activities align with project critical path and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Drive continuous improvement within designated responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work in various projects/teams based on business needs.
  • Participate in and execute technology transfer and development activities.
  • Conduct computer system validation (CSV) activities following J&J procedures and guidelines.
  • Initiate and coordinate Quality Issues (QI) and Change Controls.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions from internal/regulatory audits.
  • Generate and maintain raw data/records as per applicable procedures.
  • Prepare Stability Protocols, Reports, SOPs, Work Instructions, and other quality documents.
  • Support internal/external audits.
  • Collaborate with external contract laboratories for project data sharing.
  • Adhere to cGMP and implement pharmaceutical regulations in the laboratory.
  • Cooperate efficiently with external and internal partners.
  • Practice Leadership imperatives for customer satisfaction, innovation, collaboration, and organization.

Candidate Profile:

  • Working knowledge of UPLC/HPLC, GC, XRD, Dissolution, Coulometer, PSD, NIR, LIMS & ELN platforms.
  • Technical expertise in chemistry, analytical techniques, stability study assessment, and research technologies.
  • Ability to plan and execute analytical assignments.
  • Knowledge of analytical techniques and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, quality systems, data integrity, SOPs, and global regulations.
  • Technical skills for interpreting analytical data and documenting laboratory investigations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and conceptual capabilities, interpersonal skills, and clarity in communication.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new processes.
  • Effective and efficient work in a dynamic environment with competing projects and deadlines.
