Position Overview

Job Title: Associate STEM Content Analyst
Location: Tamil Nadu, India
Industry: Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Clinical Research
Functional Area: Pharma Chemistry
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences)

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and gather information on clinical trials from multiple sources including company websites, press releases, conferences, and clinical trial repositories.

  • Analyze, cross-reference, and accurately update clinical trial records.

  • Record performance metrics and contribute towards achieving team targets.

  • Stay updated on technological advancements within your domain.

  • Consistently maintain high standards of quality, time management, and personal planning.

  • Adapt positively to process changes and new requirements.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for personal skill development and training.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by your line manager or director.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience analyzing and updating clinical trial information.

  • Strong understanding of clinical trials, drug development pipelines, and clinical phases.

  • Proficient in secondary research and able to interpret complex clinical data.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work with a deep focus on content quality and accuracy.
