Post: Clinical Research Associate

Job Description:

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) plays a pivotal role in local study teams, collaborating closely with CRAs and Local Study Managers. Responsibilities include ensuring timely study commitments, acting as the main contact for study sites, and monitoring study conduct.

Key Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Obtain and maintain essential documentation in compliance with ICH-GCP, AZ Procedural Documents, and local regulations.
  • Actively participate in Local Study Team meetings and contribute to investigator selection.
  • Train, support, and advise Investigators and site staff.
  • Drive site performance, identify study-related issues, and provide proactive solutions.
  • Update IMPACT and other systems with data, manage study supplies, and perform source data verification.
  • Ensure compliance with AstraZeneca’s Code of Conduct and timely delivery of regulatory submissions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum one year of experience in global phase 2/3 clinical trial monitoring.
  • Qualified as a pharmacist, physician, or dentist.
  • Data-driven, scientifically oriented, with a passion for quality and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills and a non-compromising attitude towards quality.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines.
