Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Manage commercial responsibilities, including sales targets and negotiations with non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Align business strategies with local and regional objectives to drive growth while ensuring compliance and profitability.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, tenders, and business deal follow-ups, requiring strong negotiation skills.
  • Gather, analyze, and share market intelligence on public procurement, competitors, and business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and customers within the territory.
  • Execute marketing and commercial strategies, including forecasting and account planning.
  • Participate in industry symposia, medical conferences, and distributor engagements.
  • Stay updated on clinical environments and competitor products.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the medical device industry, preferably in surgery.
  • Strong background in engaging with non-clinical stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with the ability to identify and act on opportunities and challenges.
  • Understanding of clinical environments and medical products.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Project management expertise for efficient execution of initiatives.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to address needs proactively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High motivation, ethical integrity, and creativity in achieving business goals.
  • Prior experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
