Pharmacovigilance Services Specialist
Job Description
- Team Deliverables: Oversee and ensure the timely completion of tasks by team members.
- Milestone Tracking: Monitor the stages and milestones of aggregate reports according to the predefined schedule.
- Escalation Process: Follow the client’s escalation process for any delays or issues encountered by team members.
- Training and Mentoring: Facilitate the training and mentoring of new aggregate reporting associates and maintain documentation of these processes.
- Quality Assurance: Address any quality-related issues and implement quality improvement initiatives for the team.
- Best Practices: Enhance processes and policies to support organizational goals. Ensure adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Delivery Updates: Provide regular updates during monthly operational steering committee meetings.
- Team Retention: Ensure high retention rates among team members.
- Project Compliance: Ensure compliance with client SOPs.
- RCA-CAPA Generation: Timely generation of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions for any deviations from SLA or SOP.
- Strategic Input: Liaise with senior management to assist in developing strategic plans for operational activities. Implement and manage these operational plans effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PhD, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, or a Master’s in Life Sciences.
- Experience: Over 6 years of experience in drug safety, development, or closely related areas.
- Skills Required: Proficiency in Pharmacovigilance Services, Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance.
