Job Description
- Overall Brand Management: Responsible for managing the assigned portfolio in Cardiology and Anti-Diabetes segments. Must establish key issues/opportunities, design strategic elements, and develop tactics and action plans to impact market share, drive market growth, and enhance profitability.
- New Product Launch: Involved in launching new products, with prior experience in brand launches appreciated.
- Brand Planning: Develop robust brand plans by conducting internal and external analysis, formulating strategic plans, and monitoring execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Strong command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Product Development and Brand Planning: Develop and implement product plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- Financial Management: Ensure effective management of all brand campaigns within financial constraints.
- Sales Team Training: Conduct training sessions for the sales team on executing brand plans during cycle meetings, conferences, and related initiatives.
- Experience in Digital Marketing: Experience in digital marketing is appreciated.
- Preference for MNC Experience: Candidates with prior experience working in multinational corporations are preferred.
Candidate Profile: MBA in Marketing with a Science background, preferably B.Pharm.
