Sr. Officer/Executive – Quality Assurance

Experience Required:

3 – 7 years

Educational Qualification:

B.Pharma/M.Pharma

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) in all operational activities.
• Perform line clearances and in-process quality checks during various manufacturing and packaging stages.
• Conduct environment monitoring in manufacturing areas.
• Perform sampling of water and conduct cleaning validation procedures.
• Execute monitoring and sampling of beta-lactam, compressed air, and nitrogen.
• Collect and submit samples at different stages, including intermediate, finished product, control, stability, and shipment/reference samples.
• Monitor APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and formulated products as per batch production record specifications.
• Review and certify batch production records to ensure compliance and stage-wise completion.
• Perform sampling and physical inspection of finished products.
• Calibrate IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) laboratory instruments.
• Provide support during validation studies and ensure adherence to validation protocols.
• Perform line clearance for raw material dispensing in Block A warehouse.
• Manage control samples for finished goods and API.
