Job Description

Job Overview

• Perform analysis and reporting of Phase I-IV clinical pharmacology studies.

• Conduct studies including dose tolerance, dose proportionality, mass balance, concept testing, bioavailability, thorough QTc, drug-drug interactions, and special population studies.

• Provide consulting on study design and Clinical Pharmacology projects.

• Assist in implementing strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Develop protocols, statistical analysis plans, and clinical study reports.

• Consult on study design with clients and internal teams.

• Prepare PK/PD sections of global dossiers for product registration.

• Ensure timely delivery of PK/PD deliverables.

• Provide updates to project managers.

• Participate in cross-functional teams.

• Mentor junior staff.

• Contribute to proposal and budget development.

• Recommend QC procedures.

• Stay updated on developments in Clinical Pharmacology.

Candidate Profile

• PhD or equivalent in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutics, or related field OR Master’s Degree or PharmD in Pharmacy or related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience.

• Strong knowledge of Pharmacokinetic concepts and drug development processes.

• Familiarity with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, WinNonlin, SigmaPlot, NONMEM, SPlus, and SAS programming.

• Ability to work independently and within a team in a multicultural environment.
