Job Description
- Content Development and Review: Responsible for developing and reviewing content for various scientific communication materials such as slide kits, newsletters, brochures, and clinical trial summaries across diverse therapy areas and products, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline requirements to meet client satisfaction metrics.
- Audience-Centric Information Presentation: Proficient in making informed decisions on how to present information based on the target audience for each deliverable.
- Literature Search and Analysis: Capable of conducting literature searches on different databases like Pubmed and Embase, and analyzing retrieved data effectively.
- Client Engagement: Actively participate in client calls as per project needs.
- Consultation with Clients: Engage in discussions with clients to determine the best approaches for content presentation and flow for various scientific communication deliverables through calls, meetings, and emails.
- Client Requirement Understanding: Comprehend client requirements from calls/emails and ensure internally developed content meets scientific and grammatical accuracy standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as writers, creative teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of content meeting client requirements.
- Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure adherence to departmental best practices concerning processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation, and technical requirements including language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarization, data conflicts, and referencing.
- Mentoring and Grooming: Responsible for mentoring and grooming junior team members to enhance their writing skills.
- Continuous Learning: Actively participate in assigned training programs and work on assignments as required.
- Quality and Compliance: Maintain compliance with quality, confidentiality, and security standards, adhering to training and specifications.
