Territory Sales Executive | Pharma Selling | Non-Metro (Evergreen)

Job Description

  • Drive Sales Growth: Foster customer relationships and develop new sales projects to achieve targets.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the Company’s representative to healthcare practitioners (HCPs) for product and service-related matters.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on new products, services, and industry information, continually enhancing selling techniques.
  • Insights Generation: Transform field data into valuable insights for strategic business development.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Requirement at P&G India: Bachelor’s degree minimum, B.Pharm or Science graduates preferred.
  • Industry Experience Required at P&G India: Prior experience or training in Pharma sales, Sales Management, or chain pharmacy a plus.
  • Leadership: Natural leaders with a strong drive to achieve results.
  • Analytical Skills Required at P&G India: Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English required.
