The Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), a statutory body operating under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, invites qualified candidates to attend a walk-in interview for the position of Project Head (Skill & Training) on a contractual basis.

Position Details

• Post: Project Head (Skill & Training)
• Number of Vacancies: 01
• Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month (consolidated)
• Job Type: Contractual (1 year, extendable based on performance and merit)
• Work Location: PCI Office, NBCC Centre, Okhla Phase-I, New Delhi

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Pharm.D / Pharm.D (PB) from an institution recognized under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948.

Experience

• Essential:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching, research, regulatory affairs, or hospital pharmacy.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in a responsible position preferred.
• Desirable:
  • 1 year of experience working in Central or State Government institutions.

Age Limit

• Maximum 35 years as of the advertisement date.

Skills Required

Essential Skills

• Implement directives from PCI and ensure compliance in Skill & Training Centres.
• Coordinate effectively with State Pharmacy Councils and Skill & Training Centres.
• Monitor, report, and manage activities of Skill & Training Centres.
• Regular visits to ensure smooth functioning of centres.
• Liaise with the Competent Authority of PCI and perform assigned tasks as required.

Desirable Skills

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern management tools and computer applications.
• Experience with computer-based surveys and evaluation methods.
