The Tata Memorial Centre (TMC) functions as a Comprehensive Cancer Centre, driven by a core mission to uphold the highest benchmarks in patient care, cancer prevention, cancer research, and the professional advancement of disciplines related to oncology and its counterparts. Operating as an autonomous institution under the purview of the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India, TMC receives grant-in-aid support. TMC is closely affiliated with Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), a Deemed University also under the aegis of the Department of Atomic Energy. HBNI’s primary objective revolves around the development of top-tier postgraduate educational programs encompassing a broad spectrum of scientific and technological fields, inclusive of life and health sciences.

Post: Pharmacist ‘B’ (1-UR)

Level of Pay and Initial Pay:

• Level of Pay in the Pay Matrix: Level 5 [Pre-revised PB-1, Rs.5200-20200 + 2800 GP]
• Initial Pay: Rs. 29200/- Level 5, Cell 1 + Allowances applicable

Age:

• Upper Age Limit as on 22/09/2023: 30 years

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Pharm OR D.Pharm
• Registration with State Pharmacy Council with duly allotted Registration Number is mandatory.

Essential Experience Required at Tata Memorial Centre (TMC):

• For B.Pharm: Minimum 01 year experience
• For D.Pharm: Minimum 03 years’ experience
• Experience in Dispensary / Pharmacy of the Hospital having minimum 200 beds is essential.
• Experience of working on a computerized system is desirable.
• Candidate should be prepared to work in shift duties, including night shift.

• Caste Certificate: Valid Caste Certificate (Government of India format), Caste Validity Certificate for SC/ST, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for OBC candidates.
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS): Valid income certificate (Government of India format).
• Persons with Disability: Physical Disability Certificate for PwBD candidates.
• Referees: Three Referees associated with candidate’s work or training.
• Candidates working under Central / State Govt. must obtain permission to apply and produce it during Written Exam / Skill Test / Interview.
