About Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS)

The Haryana State AIDS Control Society (HSACS) operates under the guidelines of the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. HSACS works to provide quality care, treatment, and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS through its ART Centres and other health facilities across the state.

Position Details

• Post Title: Pharmacist – ART Centre (General Category – 1 Vacancy)

• Location: ART Centre, Blood Bank, District Civil Hospital, Karnal, Haryana

• Tenure: Contractual up to 31 March 2026 (renewable yearly based on performance and NACO guidelines)

• Salary: ₹21,000 per month (Consolidated)

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR Diploma in Pharmacy.

• Registered with the State Pharmacy Council.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years for Diploma holders.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Desirable

• Preference for candidates from HIV-infected/affected communities and other key populations.

Other Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a permanent resident of Haryana (Bonafide Domicile Certificate required).

• Must have passed Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric level.

• Age as per Haryana Government policy.

• Reservation policy of Haryana Government will apply.

Selection Process & Weightage

1. Essential Qualification: 30 marks (calculated as: percentage × 30 / 100)

2. Relevant Post-Qualification Experience: 2 marks for each completed year (max. 10 marks)

3. Local Area Weightage: 10 marks for Haryana residents (0 for non-residents)
