Essential Qualifications:

• Educational:
  a) Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized university
  b) Valid registration with Maharashtra State Pharmacy Council under the Pharmacy Act, 1948
  c) Must have passed SSC examination from the Maharashtra State Board

• Experience:
  Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a Government / Semi-Government / Local Self-Government Institution / Recognized Trust / Private Hospital with at least 50 beds.

Examination Fee:

• Open Category: ₹1000 (including GST)

• Backward & Orphan Category: ₹900 (including GST)

• Exempted Categories: Ex-Servicemen and Disabled Ex-Servicemen

• Important Notes:

  • Fee is payable only online and is non-refundable

  • A separate application must be submitted for each post with a separate fee

  • Candidates will bear additional bank charges (if any)

General Instructions:

1. Knowledge of Marathi (read, write, speak) is mandatory.

2. Applications must be submitted only online after reviewing all eligibility criteria.

3. Selection is based strictly on merit.

4. SSC/HSC and Degree certificates, along with experience proofs, must be valid as of the last application date.

5. Final selection will be made after document verification, even if the candidate clears the written exam.

6. Any false information will lead to disqualification or cancellation of appointment.

7. Probation period: 2 years, extendable if performance is unsatisfactory.

8. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the examination or document verification.

9. Appointed candidates must undergo a medical examination, police character verification, and submit a small family affidavit.

10. Posting may be anywhere within or outside KDMC limits.

• No Oral Test

• Merit List Criteria:

  • Minimum 50% for Open Category

  • Minimum 45% for Backward Category

• Document Verification for shortlisted candidates

• Merit List Ratio:

  • For 14 posts: Top 15 or more candidates as per guidelines will be shortlisted for document verification
