Strengthen Medical Facilities in District Sukma, Chhattisgarh
The Health Department of District Sukma, Chhattisgarh, is inviting applications to fill essential vacant posts of Pharmacist on an honorarium basis under the District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMF) Fund. The recruitment aims to provide critical medical services at District Hospitals, Community Health Centers (CHCs), and Primary Health Centers (PHCs) through temporary local arrangements.

Terms and Conditions
- Nature of Appointment:
- This is a temporary appointment, neither regular nor contractual.
- The appointment is exclusively for emergency medical services under local arrangements and will terminate if regular/contractual appointments are made for the post.
- Tenure:
- The appointment is for one year from the date of joining.
- Service continuation will depend on satisfactory performance; otherwise, the government may terminate the service at any time.
- Leave Policy:
- Maternity and paternity leave are not applicable.
- Unpaid leave will be granted during such periods.
- Honorarium:
- A fixed monthly honorarium will be paid. No other allowances or benefits will be provided.
- Termination Clause:
- Either party may terminate the service by giving one month’s notice or paying one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
- Continuous absence for more than one month will result in automatic termination.
Selection Process and Criteria
- Educational Qualification: 70 Marks
- Experience (2 Marks per Year): 10 Marks
- Walk-in Interview: 20 Marks
Required Documents for Selection:
- Mark sheets of minimum and desirable qualifications
- Live registration certificate with the CG Council (if applicable)
- Valid employment registration
- Experience certificates (clearly mentioning duration)
- Identity proof (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, or PAN card)
Additional Guidelines
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and called for document verification and interview.
- Priority will be given to:
- Residents of Sukma district
- Candidates from the Bastar division if vacancies remain unfilled
- In case of a tie in merit, seniority will be determined by the candidate’s date of birth.

Important Instructions
- Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline will not be accepted.

- Any attempt to influence the selection process will lead to disqualification.
- A waiting list will be maintained for one year or until the next recruitment, whichever is earlier.
