Our mission is to ensure the availability of essential medicines and medical supplies while maintaining strict quality control and efficient logistics.


Role: Pharmacist

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) from a recognized institution or a related field.

Experience & Competencies:

  1. Prior experience in a similar field is preferred.
  2. Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, with experience in a managerial role being an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Good mental and physical health to handle high-pressure environments.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  8. Commitment to maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Scope of Work

  1. Dispensing medications accurately per prescriptions while ensuring correct dosages and instructions.
  2. Monitoring patient responses to medications and addressing any adverse effects.
  3. Reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and advising on risk management strategies.
  4. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to make informed drug therapy decisions.
  5. Conducting medication therapy management (MTM) for improved patient outcomes.
  6. Managing pharmaceutical supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with storage regulations.
  7. Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations.
  8. Keeping updated on pharmacological advancements and providing education on best practices.
  9. Verifying prescription accuracy and legality.
  10. Educating patients on dosage, side effects, and proper medication use.
  11. Maintaining accurate inventory records, including stock levels and expiry dates.
  12. Ensuring proper stocking, preservation, and accessibility of drugs and medical supplies.
  13. Conducting periodic physical verification of stock levels.
  14. Maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
  15. Escalating issues or concerns to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
  16. Performing on-call duties as required.
  17. Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.
