Job Opening: Purchase Executive (Finished Products)

Requirements:

Research Potential Vendors: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best sources for finished products.
Compare and Evaluate Offers: Assess various offers from suppliers to determine the most advantageous deals.
Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate terms of agreement and pricing to secure beneficial contracts.
Track Orders: Monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
Review Quality: Ensure the purchased products meet quality standards.
Data Entry: Accurately enter order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices, into internal databases.
Maintain Records: Keep updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Payment Recording: Maintain a clear record of payments made to suppliers.
Pricing Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with suppliers to achieve price reductions in the company’s interest.
Experience Required: Previous experience in purchasing pharmaceutical finished products is essential.

Qualifications:

Degree in Pharma or Science
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
