1. Quality Assurance – IPQA

Post: Trainee Officer / Officer

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Skills:
-
Conduct online IPQA checks in production/packing areas
-
Perform line clearance and batch record review
-
Ensure strict adherence to cGMP and SOP compliance
-
2. Quality Assurance – Validation
-
Post: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
-
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
-
Experience: 6–12 Years
-
Key Skills:
-
Lead equipment, process, and cleaning validation activities
-
Review and approve validation protocols and reports
-
Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance
-
Support audits and provide guidance to execution teams
-
3. Quality Control – Investigation
-
Post: Executive / Senior Executive
-
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
-
Experience: 6–10 Years
-
Key Skills:
-
Manage OOS, OOT, and deviation investigations
-
Review analytical data and technical reports
-
Drive root cause analysis and implement CAPA effectively
-
4. Quality Control – Technical Writer (Doccell)

Post: Officer / Senior Officer
-
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc
-
Experience: 3–6 Years
-
Key Skills:
-
Prepare, review, and maintain QC/QA technical documentation
-
Draft SOPs, protocols, reports, and regulatory documents
-
Ensure compliance with GDP/GMP standards
-
Coordinate with QC/QA teams to maintain audit/inspection readiness
