Job Title: Research and Development Positions (2-3 years experience)

Job Description:

Vital Pharma is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals with a M.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Pharm degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience to join our Research and Development team. As a member of our team, you will work on the development of new pharmaceutical products and the improvement of existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting laboratory research and experimentation
• Analyzing and interpreting data
• Preparing technical reports and presentations
• Collaborating with other departments and teams
• Leading small projects and providing guidance to junior team members

Qualifications:

• M.Pharm, M.Sc, or B.Pharm degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong laboratory skills and experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical development and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
