Job Purpose

The job purpose of a Junior Officer – Production is to monitor and execute production activities during a shift by maintaining cGMP and safety norms to achieve production targets.

Accountabilities

The key accountabilities of this role include:

Executing production activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve production targets.

Maintaining standard process parameters as per BMRs and other supporting documents to achieve production targets and maintain quality.

Preparing manufacturing records and updating online documentation to meet production and cGMP requirements.

Following safe work processes and ensuring safety appliances are utilized during production activities in shifts to create a safe working environment.

Executing production activities in a shift by managing available resources to achieve production targets.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience: To be eligible for this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
