There are numerous openings in our formulation unit for both experienced and new people.

A hormonal facility is being established, we are attempting to formulate liquid dosages, and we are strengthening our capacities in the OTC market, in addition to the formulation of oral solid dosages.

The roles and responsibilities for the OSD Formulations position at Evertogen Life Sciences Limited include:

1. Understanding the manufacturing and analytical requirements for site transfer and technology transfer implementation.
2. Understanding Master Formula Cards, BMRs/BPRs, Process Validation Documents, and Product Development Reports.
3. Scheduling and implementing Pilot batches, scale-up batches, exhibit batches, trail batches, and site transfer batches at the plant.
4. Following project timelines at each stage to achieve the agreed timeframes.
5. Preparing documentation for batch records and process validation with a high level of expertise.
6. Having a strong understanding of manufacturing tablets, capsules, and sachets.
7. Preparing reports on the suitability of equipment for a particular job and determining the batch size based on the suitability of the equipment.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams at the plant, R&D, cross-functional teams, and the project management team to ensure the project is effectively completed within the management-specified timeframe.
9. Maintaining effective communication with the project owner, the SPOC of the project owner, and, if necessary, the cross-functional member of the project owner.

The qualifications and experience required for the OSD Formulations position at Evertogen Life Sciences Limited include:

1. B. Pharmacy/ M. Pharmacy/ M.sc degree in pharmacy or related fields.
2. A minimum of 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in formulations.
3. Expertise in verbal and written communication.
4. Willingness to relocate to Jadcherla (near Hyderabad).

The CTC will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
