Job Description/Skills Required:
The job of an IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) specialist in a sterile manufacturing and packing facility involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. This includes monitoring clean room behavior and aseptic activity, reviewing batch processing records, and evaluating all documents related to manufacturing, packaging, and analysis before batch release. The IPQA specialist is also responsible for overseeing the receipt of materials from the warehouse and monitoring dispensing, manufacturing, packaging, and dispatch activities. Additionally, the IPQA specialist is responsible for reviewing and controlling SOPs, specifications, BPR issuance, master formulae, and records, as well as preparing and reviewing process validation protocols and reports. The candidate must be able to execute IPQA excellence by setting clear benchmarks, be a smart thinker and have the ability to display smart/tactical moves and mental agility.
