Position Details

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:

    • PUC (10+2) with 2 years full-time Diploma in Pharmacy with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

    • Registration with the State Pharmacy Council of India is mandatory.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in dispensing medicines and handling pharmacy operations.

  • Age Limit:

    • Upper age limit: 29 years (as on 12th September 2025).

    • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwD (as per Govt. of India rules).

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescribed medicines and provide dosage guidance to patients.

  • Maintain accurate records of dispensed medicines and stock management.

  • Ensure timely procurement and monitoring of expiry dates of medicines.

  • Support medical and occupational health centres with pharmacy operations.

Compensation & Career Path

  • Contract Period: 2 years.

  • Consolidated Stipend:

    • ₹20,000/- per month (1st year).

    • ₹23,500/- per month (2nd year).

  • Absorption: On successful completion of the contract and subject to business requirements, candidates may be absorbed in Wage Group B in the pay scale of ₹16,900 – 60,650.

Selection Process

  • Written Test: Computer-based test (2 hours) with MCQs.

    • Part I: General Awareness (20 questions)

    • Part II: English & Reasoning (20 questions)

    • Part III: Pharmacy Discipline (60 questions)

  • Minimum qualifying marks: 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwD).

  • Candidates shortlisted in merit order will undergo document verification and medical examination.
