Job Description
Business Generation & Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by promoting Abbott’s vaccine products ethically to customers.
- Maintain the required doctor/customer call average as per the customer management plan.
- Organize medical camps (CMEs) in line with divisional strategies and customer needs.
- Drive the successful launch of new products in the market.
- Maintain and update the customer database as per therapy and product requirements.
- Ensure iPad adoption (if applicable) and adherence to CLM call norms.
Brand Management
- Conduct prescription audits for Abbott brands and competitor products.
- Generate POBs (Product Orders & Bookings) for Abbott brands in line with the business plan.
Candidate Profile
- Education: BSc/B.Pharm or Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a Medical Representative.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with experience in the same therapy segment, preferably from MNCs or top Indian pharma companies.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and confidence in customer interactions.
