Job Description:
- Understanding Project Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend project needs.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth operation of NMR instruments, plan shifts, and execute tasks for consistent productivity.
- Deadline Management: Prioritize and execute tasks to meet project deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, providing insights and solutions.
- Expertise in NMR Techniques: Proficient in advanced NMR techniques like NOESY, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, and Q-NMR methods.
- Characterization Knowledge: Sound understanding of characterizing organic compounds and NCE molecules using various techniques.
- Troubleshooting and Calibration: Responsible for NMR instrument troubleshooting, calibration, and vendor coordination.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with NMR-related regulations.
- Method Development: Experienced in LC-MS/SFC/HPLC method development for NCE molecules.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of scientists, providing training and coaching.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in analytical roles within the CRO/API industry.
- Passion for Analysis: Demonstrated passion for analytical techniques and continuous learning.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across departments.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to innovate and identify growth opportunities.
