Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support internal and external audits, including Sponsor Audits and Regulatory Inspections.

  • Manage and investigate complex quality issues including root cause analysis, impact assessments, and CAPA implementation.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and ICON’s internal quality systems.

  • Facilitate and conduct training programs on quality systems, standards (GCP), and internal processes.

  • Host audits and inspections as Lead or Co-host, ensuring preparedness and effective communication.

  • Mentor junior Q&C staff and support the implementation of Quality Management System initiatives.

  • Provide technical support to business development activities and cross-functional projects.


Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Technology, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, or quality function.

  • Advanced knowledge of GCP and clinical trial quality systems.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Effective communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver difficult messages diplomatically.

  • Capable of working in a global, cross-functional environment with a collaborative mindset.
