Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Literature Search Report:
   • Conduct comprehensive literature searches for various jurisdictions including USA, Australia, Brazil, China, and EMB markets.
2. Preparation of Freedom to Operate Opinions:
   • Analyze and prepare freedom to operate opinions for multiple jurisdictions including USA, Australia, Brazil, China, and EMB markets.
3. Patent and Design Application Drafting and Prosecution:
   • Draft and prosecute patent and design applications.
4. Identification of New Product Feasibility:
   • Assess the feasibility of new products.
5. Prior Art Searches:
   • Conduct prior art searches for preparing patent invalidation grounds.
6. Trade Dress and Device Related IP Analysis:
   • Perform IP analysis related to trade dress and devices.
7. Support for Litigation Activities:
   • Provide support for litigation activities, including e-discovery and paper discovery.
8. In-house IP Portfolio Management:
   • Manage the in-house IP portfolio.
9. Preparation and Review of IP Related Regulatory Documents:
   • Prepare and review regulatory documents related to IP.
