Position Overview

We are conducting a Virtual Walk-in Drive for the role of Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – IPQA (Aseptic Area). This opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about ensuring compliance and excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities in aseptic manufacturing areas.

  • Monitor aseptic processes and maintain accurate real-time documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to drive continuous improvements.

  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for quality-related issues.

  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on IPQA protocols.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.

  • Experience: 5–13 years in IPQA activities within aseptic areas.

  • Skills: Strong command of GMP, regulatory compliance, and spoken English.

  • Technical Knowledge: Exposure to aseptic processing and plasma fractionation techniques.

  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
