Executive – Research and Development (Analytical Development)
Job Description
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and SOPs, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Complete training requirements before undertaking assigned tasks and maintain training records.
- Follow safety protocols outlined in laboratory procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Promptly escalate any issues or incidents to the reporting manager for corrective action.
Method Development and Validation
- Conduct method development studies for various finished products, ensuring robust analytical methods.
- Perform method validation studies to ensure accuracy, precision, and reliability of analytical methods.
- Conduct routine and stability studies of finished products to assess product quality over time.
Alignment with Organizational Goals
- Align work activities with organizational objectives, contributing to overall company success.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority to support departmental goals.
Quality Management and Documentation
- Adhere to Quality Management Document procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Perform instrument calibration and maintain instruments/equipment according to SOPs.
- Prepare study protocols and reports to document research and development activities accurately.
- Ensure timely archival of documents in accordance with SOPs.
Waste Handling and Disposal
- Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste materials in accordance with established procedures.
