Aishwarya Healthcare is a facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh that opened its doors in 2005. It has WHO-GMP certification. Both large- and small-volume parenteral products (FFS bottles and ampoules, glass vials, three-piece plastic vials, eye/ear drops, respules, and nasal sprays/drops) are manufactured there. According to the Indian Drug and Cosmetics Act, pharmaceutical manufacturing activities are conducted in accordance with schedule M’s GMP requirements. Production is conducted in accordance with rigorous GMP guidelines. Under the close supervision of trained people and in line with approved batch manufacturing records, all production activities are carried out. The Quality Assurance department is separate from manufacturing and has the authority to make decisions regarding any topic pertaining to the quality of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, or any other matter.
QA, QC, Production (Sterile), HR, Procurement, Finance & Accounting, Graphic Designing (Artwork), DRA, Business Development, and MIS (Sales) departments are urgently needed by Aishwarya Healthcare.
Quality Assurance Executive or Senior Executive.
The required qualifications are B.Pharma or M.Pharma. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in QMS (Quality Management System), Validations, and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) work.
The responsibilities of a Quality Assurance Executive or Senior Executive typically include ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines, implementing and maintaining a QMS, performing validations of processes and equipment, conducting audits, and providing support to regulatory inspections. Experience with FDA regulations and inspections is highly preferred.
Production (Sterile) Design.- Sr. Executive, Asst. Manager.
Qualification– B. Pharma, M. Pharma Experience – 7 to 10 Years in Sterile production activities.
HR Design.- Manager, Asst. Manager.
Qualification- MBA (HR) Experience – 8 to 12 Years in HR & Admin functions.
Procurement Design.- Manager, Executive.
Qualification– B.Pharma, MBA Experience – 5 to 10 Years in Procurement of Pharma RM/PM.
Finance & Accounts Design.- Manager, Executive.
Qualification– CA Inter, MBA Finance. Experience – 5 to 10 Years in Finance & Accounts functions.
Graphic Designing (Artwork) Design.- Sr. Executive, Executive.
Qualification- BFA, MFA, Diploma in Graphic Designing. Experience – 3 to 5 Years in Artwork for Pharma Packaging.
Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) Design.- Manager, Sr. Executive.
Qualification– B.Pharma, M.Pharma Experience – 5 to 10 Years in DRA of Pharma Formulations.
Business Development Design.- Manager, Executive.
Qualification- B.Pharma, MBA Experience – 7 to 12 Years in Pharma Sales & Marketing.
MIS (Sales) Design.- Manager, Asst. Manager.
Qualification- B.Pharma, MBA Experience – 5 to 8 Years in MIS functions for Pharma Sales.
