QA Manager:
Qualification & Experience: For the QA Manager position, candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, as well as a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in the QA department of a pharma formulation company.
Additionally, the candidate should have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in managing a team.
F&D Executive:
Qualification & Experience: For the F&D Executive position, candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field, as well as 5 to 7 years of experience in F&D in a pharma formulation company, would be ideal.
The candidate should have experience in formulation development, process optimization, and technology transfer, and be familiar with regulatory requirements.
RA Executive:
Qualification & Experience: For the RA Executive position, candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field, as well as 2 to 5 years of experience in the RA department of a pharma formulation company, would be ideal.
The candidate should have experience in handling regulatory submissions, regulatory compliance, and good knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Engineering Manager:
Qualification & Experience: For the Engineering Manager position, candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, as well as 10 to 15 years of experience in the Engineering department of a pharma formulation company, would be ideal.
The candidate should have experience in managing a team, project management, and knowledge of engineering standards and guidelines.
Engineering Officer & Executive:
Qualification & Experience: For the Engineering Officer & Executive position, candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, as well as 3 to 6 years of experience in the Engineering department of a pharma formulation company, would be ideal.
The candidate should have experience in project management, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
QC Officer & Executive:
Qualification & Experience: For the QC Officer & Executive position, candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field, as well as 2 to 5 years of experience in the QC department of a pharma formulation company, would be ideal.
The candidate should have experience in testing of raw materials, finished products, and stability samples, and should be familiar with regulatory requirements.
Profile for person in Doc. Cell:
Qualification & Experience: For the person in the Doc. Cell position, candidates with knowledge of pharmacopeias, COA preparation, specification/STP preparation, stability summary data preparation, trend analysis data preparation, and protocols/reports of AMV, PV, and stability studies would be ideal.
