Medical Information Specialist Opportunity

About the Position

Join our Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) team as a Medical Information Specialist. This role requires working US shifts and involves a variety of tasks including:

• Managing the Global Inbox
• Handling inbound and outbound calls related to medical information, adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries
• Performing data entry and triaging adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers
• Identifying adverse events and product complaints during the data entry process
• Writing and filing adverse event reports and product quality complaint reports

Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or PharmD.
• Experience and Training: Excellent customer service skills, outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, and a strong clinical background.
• Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Typing Speed: Minimum of 25 WPM.
• Shifts: Night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
