Job Title: Opportunities in Engineering, Manufacturing, QC, and Packing (Oral Solid Dosage & Derma)

1. Team Member – Production & Packing (Derma)

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Pharm

• Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in tube filling, jar filling, bottle filling on primary packing lines.

  • Knowledge of batch manufacturing for liquids and semi-solids (ointments, creams, lotions).

2. Team Member – QC (Analyst – RM & Stability)

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in testing finished products, raw materials, and stability samples.

  • Preferably experienced in FDA-approved facilities.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical cGMP practices, 21 CFR, and global regulatory standards.

3. Team Member – Engineering (Process Maintenance – Instrumentation)

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics)

• Skills:

  • Maintenance of process/manufacturing equipment and packaging machinery.

  • Strong troubleshooting and calibration expertise.

  • Familiarity with PLC programming and SCADA systems.

  • Ability to plan and execute Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMP).

4. Team Member – Engineering (Water System)

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics)

• Skills:

  • Operation and maintenance of purified water systems, WFI, and pure steam generation.

  • Knowledge of P&ID, regulatory guidelines for purified water in OSD.

  • Expertise in pumps, EDI, ozone generators, piping design, sanitization, sterilization, and passivation.

  • Strong communication and audit-handling skills.

5. Team Member – Mechanical Maintenance

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mechanical

• Skills:

  • Experience in mechanical maintenance for OSD manufacturing and packing areas.

  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and documentation (SPM checklist, SAP).

  • Familiarity with TPM concepts (RCA, breakdown analysis, preventive actions).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 3–7 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering roles.

• Work Location: Pydibhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh.

• Academics: Minimum 60% throughout education.

• Preferred: Experience working in USFDA-regulated environments.
