Injectable Job Details:

• Exposure to QMS Activities
• Supervision of Autoclave, Lyo section/ Aseptic Area
• SKID-based operations
• Documentation of BMR/BPR

OSD Job Details:

• Handling and compliance of compression/coating & Granulation machines/equipment’s like GEA, Cadmach, Fette, korsch, coaters, RMG, FBE, FBD, etc.
• Documentation of BMR & Log Books

Packing Department

2. Designation & Qualification: AM/ Executive/ Officer/ Operator (M.Sc/ B.Sc/ B.Pharm/Diploma/ ITI)

Injectable Job Details:

• Blister Packing/Primary Packing
• Troubleshooting
• BMR/BPR

OSD Job Details:

• CVC/Labelling Machine, Troubleshooting of primary & Secondary, Cleaning Area Activities/ Bottle Packing
• Track & Trace / Serialization Activities & Cleaning process

Warehouse Department

3. Designation & Qualification: AM/ Executive/ Officer/ Operator (M.Sc/ B.Sc/ B.Pharm/Diploma/ ITI)

Injectable Job Details:

• RM/ Receipt
• QMS, SAP

OSD Job Details:

• Dispensing, RM/PM, Receipt
• Finished Goods/Dispatch Area

Quality Control Department

4. Designation & Qualification: Executive/ Officer (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ B.Sc)

Injectable Job Details:

• Exposure to water HPLC, Dissolution, GC, and other Instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis
• Handling of QMS related Activities
• Exposure to various instruments/ software like Empower 3, LIMS, and other software

Quality Assurance Department

5. Designation & Qualification: Executive/ Officer (M.Pharm/B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ B.Sc)

Injectable Job Details:

• Handling Change Control/ CAPA/ Deviation/ Investigation & Audit Management
• Issuance and Retrieval of GMP Document
• Working experience over SAP, Trackwise, and other related software
• Review of BMR/BPR and process validation reports, in-process testing, sampling & line clearance

Microbiology Department

6. Designation & Qualification: Executive/ Officer (M.Sc/ B.Sc)

Injectable Job Details:

• Media Preparation, BET
• Environment Monitoring, Investigation
• QMS

Job Location: Injectable & OSD Unit- Sanand / Surendranagar / Mehsana

Minimum Experience: Min 2 years of Experience is a must
