Authoring documents such as SOPs, MOA, and reports necessary for product development and analytical studies.
R&D-DSP
Experience: 1-4 Years
Skills: Scale-Up Design, Technology Transfer, Chromatography, TFF, Virus Filtration, Characterization, SOP Preparation
Handling scale-up design and technology transfer for downstream processing. Designing scale-down models and optimizing chromatography steps. Developing and optimizing TFF, virus filtration, and other filtration steps. Documenting scale-up and technology transfer processes, including preparation and review of SOPs, protocols, and maintaining accurate records and lab notebooks.
Bioanalytical
Experience: 1-4 Years
Skills: Method Development, Validation, Clinical Trial Sample Analysis, Regulatory Compliance
Proficiency in method development, validation, and analysis of clinical trial samples (PK, immunogenicity, PD marker assessment) for biologies. Hands-on experience in analyzing therapeutic antibodies and proteins in various biological matrices. Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GLP, GCP) and data analysis tools.
R&D-USP
Experience: 1-4 Years
Skills: Shake Flask Studies, Bioreactor Preparation, Instrument Calibration, Analysis
Conducting shake flask studies for clone, media, and feed selection. Preparing bioreactors of various scales and calibrating instruments such as pH meters and osmometers. Executing experiments in small and large-scale bioreactors, including analysis of cell count, viability, and metabolites.
Qualifications: MTech/BTech/M.Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics
