Quality Control
1. Assistant Manager (QC – Shift Incharge)
- Department: Quality Control
- Qualification Required at Intas Pharma : M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharm
- Experience: 12 Yrs to 16 Yrs
- Key Responsibilities:
- Resource Allocation and Work Schedule Planning
- Reduction of unconfirmed OOS / OOT
- Exposure to CDS and Non CDS (Chromatographic Database Software)
- Experience in USFDA / MHRA / EU certified labs
- Handling of team size of 10 to 15 employees
- Exposure to Formulations like Solid, Injectable, Onco Product, etc
2. Officer to Senior Executive (QC – Supervisor)
- Department: Quality Control
- Qualification Required at Intas Pharma: M.Sc / B.Pharma / M.Pharm
- Experience: 7 Yrs to 12 Yrs
- Key Responsibilities:
- Verify sequence before starting analysis to control human errors
- Troubleshoot instruments and analytical techniques
- Reduce unconfirmed OOS / OOT
- Review calibration and qualification activities of QC
3. Officer to Senior Executive (QC – FG / Stability / AMV)
- Department: Quality Control
- Qualification Required at Intas Pharma: B.Sc / M.Sc / B. Pharmacy / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs
- Responsibilities:
- Work in Finished Goods and Stability Section
- Knowledge of Instruments such as HPLC / GC, familiarity with Chromeleon Software
Quality Assurance
1. Officer to Senior Executive (Validation & Qualification – Injectable)
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Qualification Required at Intas Pharma: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs
- Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in Qualification of equipment for Parenteral products
- Understanding of IQ / OQ / PQ re-qualification and area qualification
2. Officer to Senior Executive (IPQA Parenteral)
- Department: Quality Assurance
- Qualification Required at Intas Pharma: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy
- Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs
- Responsibilities:
- Experience in IPQA for Parenteral Manufacturing and Packaging
- In-Process Control Checks
- Preparation and Review of Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Media Fill, MPCR & BPCR
Manufacturing
Staff Technician (Parenteral Manufacturing & Visual Inspection)
- Department: Parenteral
- Qualification: Staff – B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy, Technician – Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs
- Responsibilities:
- Experience in Batch Manufacturing, Vial Filling, and other manufacturing processes
Solid Orals
1. Staff Technician (Tablet Packing – Primary & Secondary)
- Department: Solid Orals
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs
- Responsibilities:
- Operating CAM HV 1 & CAM NMX Machines for technicians
- Primary & Secondary tablet packing activities for officers
2. Staff Technician (Tablet Mfg – Granulation / Coating / Compression)
- Department: Solid Orals
- Qualification: B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs
- Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Granulation, Coating, and Compression processes
Engineering
Staff Technician (Plant Maintenance / Instrumentation)
- Department: Engineering
- Qualification Required at Intas Pharma: Staff – BE / ME, Technician – Diploma / ITI
- Experience: 2 to 8 Yrs
- Responsibilities:
- Plant Maintenance & Instrumentation expertise in Parenteral & Solid Oral Dosage areas
