Requirement of Manpower for Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, PFS & BFS)

Post: Trainee Executive / Operator to Sr. Operator

Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc (All Streams), B.Pharma or M.Pharma, Diploma, ITI
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0 to 6 Years
Salary Range: As per company norms

Job Description:

  1. Handle Line Activities: Able to manage manufacturing activities for injectables.
  2. Aseptic Operations: Possess basic knowledge of aseptic techniques.
  3. CIP & SIP: Familiarity with Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) processes.
  4. Machine Settings: Control and adjust machine settings to maintain desired line speed.
  5. Production Changeovers: Responsible for accurate production and packaging changeovers as per schedule.
  6. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the work area and equipment before and after shifts.
  7. Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient equipment operation.
  8. Product Quality: Remove damaged products or supplies as needed to uphold quality standards.
