We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Medical Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Visit medical professionals to promote company products and generate prescriptions in alignment with company strategies.
• Sales & Availability: Ensure availability of products by visiting chemists and stockists regularly.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly sales targets.
• Reporting: Regularly report field activities using the company’s platform, Infinity.
• Feedback & Collaboration: Provide timely feedback to supervisors on performance and challenges.
• Brand Awareness: Conduct activities like CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns to create awareness and ensure return on investment.
• Ethical Practices: Uphold ethical working practices and maintain a positive image of the company.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Medical Representative (mandatory).
• Age: Minimum 28 years.
• Education: Any graduate or D. Pharmacy.
• Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and local vernacular.
• Travel: Ability to travel as per the customer list of the assigned headquarters.

Perks & Benefits:

• Salary: Fixed salary increase of ₹12,000 per annum upon confirmation.
• Travel Allowance: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month.
• Incentives: Up to ₹2-3 lakh per annum (subject to performance).
• Insurance: Free of cost coverage.
