1. Quality Assurance – IPQA (Injectable/Parenteral Unit)

Job Description:

  • Perform line clearance activity before commencing various operations.
  • Conduct Process validation, cleaning validation/verification, hold time study, media fill & routine batch sampling.

2. Quality Assurance – Environmental Monitoring (Microbiologist)

  • Designation:

    Trainee/ Officer/ Sr. Officer / Executive

  • Department:

    EM (Environmental Monitoring)

  • Qualification:

    B.Sc. (Micro) / M.Sc (Micro) / B.Tech. (Biotech.) / M.Tech (Biotech)

  • Total Experience:

    0 to 06 years in injectable/sterile manufacturing plant.

  • Total Positions:

Job Description:

  • Environmental monitoring of manufacturing clean room area.
  • Non-viable particle monitoring, compressed air/nitrogen gas monitoring, and personnel monitoring.

3. Project & Engineering Department – (Injectable/Parenteral Unit)

  • Designation:

    Technician / Officer/ Executive – (Plant Maintenance & Utility)

  • Department:

    Project & Engineering

  • Qualification:

    ITI (Electrician / Fitter )/ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

  • Total Experience:

    2 to 07 years (Only Male candidates required)

  • Shift Type:

    Rotational Shift timing

Job Description:

  • Competency in preventive and breakdown maintenance of various machines.
  • Knowledge of GMP operations & Documents.

4. Manufacturing (Production) Department – (Injectable/Sterile Unit)

  • Designation:

    Operator/ Officer/ Sr. Officer /Executive/ Sr. Executive

  • Department:

    Production (Sterile Manufacturing)

  • Qualification:

    ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

  • Total Experience:

    01 to 7 years (Pharma experience only)

  • Area:

    Aseptic & Controlled area operation

Job Description:

  • Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation.
  • Knowledge of equipment validation and qualifications in injectables.

Desired Profile

  • Must be from Parenteral background & exposure to Aseptic vial/Bottle filling process.
  • Sound technical knowledge of Aseptic area & Controlled area activities.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and exposure to USFDA audits.
  • Preparation & review of BMR-BPR.
  • Filling machine operation, Dynomill Operation, autoclave (Fedegari) Manufacturing, and Filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing.
