Open Positions

1. R&D Synthesis

Eligibility:

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. in Chemistry

• 1–5 years of experience in the API industry

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in API synthesis, process development, and DMF filing.

• Develop cost-effective, high-quality, and eco-friendly processes as per ICH guidelines.

• Optimize laboratory processes, validate products, and transfer technology to the pilot plant.

• Design and propose specifications for KSM, intermediates, and APIs.

• Proficient in NMR, Mass, IR characterization, and troubleshooting synthesis/impurity issues.

• Prepare documentation for process development and technology transfer.

2. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)

Eligibility:

• M.Sc. in Organic/Analytical Chemistry / M.Pharm

• 1–5 years of experience in the API industry

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Method development and validation using HPLC.

• Preparation, review, and technical input for specifications and methods of analysis.

• Experience in GLP-related activities such as calibration, qualification of instruments, and standard management.
