Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Educational Qualification:

  • M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)

  • M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry)

  • Ph.D. (Organic Chemistry / Natural Product Synthesis)

• Experience:

  • 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in the CRO industry.

  • Fresh Ph.D. graduates and Post-Doctoral candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in synthetic organic chemistry techniques including reaction setup, recrystallization, and chromatography.

  • Commitment to safe laboratory practices and high-quality research execution.
