Position: Trainee Executive to Senior Executive

About the Role:

We are currently looking to fill 25 positions ranging from Trainee Executive to Senior Executive in our Manufacturing division. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth production of injectable products, including vials, cartridges, lyophilized products, PFS, and BFS.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.Sc, M.Sc (All Streams), B.Pharma, M.Pharma, ITI, Diploma, or B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, Electrical)
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹5.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee line activities for the manufacturing of injectables.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of aseptic operations.
• Familiarity with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-in-Place) processes.
• Adjust and control machine settings to maintain the desired production speed.
• Conduct accurate production and packaging changeovers in accordance with the schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment before and after shifts.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure efficient operation of production equipment.
• Remove damaged products or supplies as necessary to maintain production quality.
