Position Details
Title: Jr Operator/Executive/Sr Executive/Sr Operator
Department: Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, Lyophiliser, PFS & BFS)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience Required: 3 to 7 Years
Number of Positions: 2
Salary Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹7 LPA
Qualifications Required
- B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, M.Pharma
- B.Tech, Diploma (Mechanical) or ITI (Fitter or Electrical)
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage aseptic manufacturing processes.
- Understand and execute CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) procedures.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal line speed and product quality.
- Execute accurate production and packaging changeovers in alignment with the packaging schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment before and after shifts, ensuring adherence to manufacturing protocols.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to keep production equipment running smoothly.
- Identify and remove damaged products or supplies as necessary.
