Position Details

Job Title: Jr Operator/Executive/Sr Executive/Sr Operator
Department: Manufacturing (Vial, Cartridge, Lyophilizer, PFS & BFS)
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Number of Positions: 2
Salary Range: ₹3 LPA to ₹7 LPA

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  • B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharma, or M.Pharma
  • B.Tech, Diploma (Mechanical) or ITI (Fitter or Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding of aseptic operations.
• Knowledge of CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) procedures.
• Control and adjust machine settings to maintain optimal line speed.
• Accurate execution of production and packaging changeovers per the schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment before and after shifts.
• Handle line activities related to the manufacturing of injectables.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure smooth operation of production equipment.
• Remove damaged products or supplies as needed.
