We are currently hiring skilled professionals for our Manufacturing and Packing departments at our Athal, Silvassa location.

1. Supervisor / Operator / Technician – Manufacturing

📍 Department: Manufacturing
🎓 Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma / HSC / SSC / ITI
💼 Experience: 1–3 years

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in the operation and supervision of Compression, Granulation, and Coating Machines such as Fette, Glatt, Ganson, Imprinting, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor production processes and ensure efficiency and quality control.

2. Operator / Technician – Packing

📍 Department: Packing
🎓 Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma / HSC / SSC / ITI
💼 Experience: 1–3 years

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

  • Operation and supervision of Packing Machines such as CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, Cartonator.
  • Documentation (QMS) management for the Packing Department.
  • Adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.

💡 Important Information:

✔ Only candidates with experience in Tablets & Capsules Manufacturing will be considered.
✔ Candidates with experience in Syrups, Injectables, Soft Gelatin, or API manufacturing will not be eligible.
✔ Applicants who have attended an interview with Ipca, Athal in the last six months are requested not to apply.
✔ Candidates must be open to shift duties and have pharma experience in a regulated plant (e.g., USFDA, MHRA).
